  2. Description of Service

    2.1. Employo provides an online platform for job listings and applications, connecting employers and candidates. These services are subject to adherence to these Terms and applicable UK laws.

  3. Account Registration

    3.1. Users may be required to register for an account on Employo. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update it to keep it current.

  4. Job Listings and Applications

    4.1. Employers may post job listings for a fee, payable through the secure payment processor, Stripe.

    4.2. Job listings must adhere to Employo’s guidelines and comply with UK employment laws, including equal opportunity and non-discrimination principles.

    4.3. Candidates applying for jobs must be treated in accordance with UK employment laws, and the hiring process should be fair and transparent.

  5. Payment and Billing

    5.1. Employers agree to pay the displayed amount for each job listing, and payments are processed securely through Stripe.

    5.2. Fees are inclusive of any applicable taxes and are non-refundable.

  6. Content Guidelines

    6.1. Users agree not to post content that violates UK laws, including content that is defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful.

    6.2. Employo reserves the right to remove or edit content that violates these guidelines or UK laws.

  7. Privacy and Data Protection

    7.1. Employo collects, processes, and stores personal information in compliance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  8. Intellectual Property

    8.1. All content on Employo is protected by intellectual property laws, and users agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

  9. Termination

  10. Consumer Rights

    10.1. Users have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these Terms affects those rights.

  11. Limitation of Liability

    11.1. Employo’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by UK law. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
